Like the first day, the second day is ‘All veggies day’. You can eat nothing but vegetables and only vegetables. Since starting this diet on Monday I am down 10 lbs but I workout 2x a day. An 1hr in the morning using the elliptical and 30 min after work. The 1st day 4 lbs down then 2 each day after. I am on day 5. This diet is very hard but is paying off. I plan to do it again in about 2 weeks but incorporating fish and eggs because I also lift weights and need more protein. So this week I have not lifted as much because it does lack in that unless you can eat thing like beans for it. I gotta admit I got really sick of eating fruit all day because it taste way to sweet for me and felt like I had a sugar rush from eating candy even though it was fruit. I got sick of certain smells too but I pushed through and it’s going pretty well. Good luck to anyone else who tried is.

The most important thing you need to do is to program yourself mentally. Don't use a scale to measure your progress. If you work out with weights, you may gain a few pounds while losing inches around the waist. Instead, use that pair of jeans that you want to fit into again, or a pair that fits you now. I have now lost 17 pounds with garcinia cambogia (I hope to lose another 15 pounds or so.) I have not followed any diet plan and have been pretty much eating what I want. I have cut out soda and have been drinking only water. I do not buy potato chips because I am not good at portion control with them. I did splurge a little during the holidays but did not put on any weight. I have not done any aerobic exercise. Hope to add indoor biking soon. This product works for me and it can work for you too. It's a one-time investment you'll never regret. Here's why: Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple bicep curls or tricep pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement.

Going long periods of time without food does double-duty harm on our healthy eating efforts by both slowing down your metabolism, and priming you for another binge later in the day. (Think: You've skipped breakfast and lunch, so you're ready to takedown a whole turkey by dinner!) Make it your mission to eat three meals and two snacks every day, and don't wait longer than three to four hours without eating. Set a "snack alarm" on your phone if needed.
