I am on day four and I am very discouraged. I don't feel as if I am losing any weight at all. I encourage you to complete the seven days. Don't be too disappointed if you don't lose all ten pounds. Congrats to anyone who lost more than a few pounds on this plan. It did not work for me, and I followed it to the letter. I lost a total of 3 pounds. I did find that the recipes made way more food than I could eat in a day, so I ended up wasting a fair amount of food. I did not want to stuff myself past the point of feeling full. It's back to Keto for me!
