When I started this journey, I was super unhappy with the way I looked and was definitely uncomfortable in my own skin. Now I am so proud of the work I have put in, and even though I still have work to do, I know I can do it. Having that confidence is huge for me! Focusing on the nonscale victories has been huge for me! However, weighing in today and doing my measurements has been fantastic, too. I am super impressed with my results! Over the last six weeks, I have lost a total of 16 pounds and a total of 13 inches! All after just one round! I can't wait to see where this lifestyle will take me!!
