While there are probably plenty of pre-made bean and veggie soup options that just need a few minutes to heat through on the stovetop, making your own soup is really easy—and a great idea for your health. Homemade soups are much lower in sodium – about 100 milligrams or less per 2-cup serving. By contrast, 2 cups of many canned soups contain a blood-pressure-busting 1,200 milligrams or more, a worrisome amount considering that health experts recommend consuming no more than 1,500 milligrams of sodium for the entire day. This is also a great way to use up all those leftover vegetables in your crisper—pretty much anything works in this soup.
Day 6 is a little different to day 5. You will be eating sprouts, cottage cheese and other vegetables but by excluding tomatoes. No tomatoes on day 6, avoid them.  The tasty soup and lots of water should help you through your day. Vegetables will provide vitamins and fibre to your body. You will already notice change in your body by this time. Continue consuming a good amount of water everyday.

It works, depending upon your goal. If it is to lose a few kilos and look your best for an event it will work but such kind of diets are not sustainable. Also, you cannot continue with the diet for more than 7 days. You have to fall back upon the tried and tested formula of eating right and exercising after you round off the seven days of the GM diet.

Congrats to anyone who lost more than a few pounds on this plan. It did not work for me, and I followed it to the letter. I lost a total of 3 pounds. I did find that the recipes made way more food than I could eat in a day, so I ended up wasting a fair amount of food. I did not want to stuff myself past the point of feeling full. It's back to Keto for me!
The researchers explain that people who cook their own meals may simply have other good-for-you habits, like exercising more. Just as locations can trigger your desire to eat, thoughts can also set off inappropriate eating. If you eat a chocolate chip cookie every time you see a commercial with cookies in it, you may begin to crave cookies and feel that you MUST have some each time you happen to think about them. Time to break the link between your thoughts and eating. Instead of heading directly to the pantry, distract yourself by doing something else immediately after you have the thought, particularly an activity that keeps your hands or mouth busy, like taking up knitting, calling a friend, or painting your nails.
