Your habits and cravings may both rear their heads at restaurants, where it's easy to blow your diet in seconds. To stick to the plan, says Juge, be diligent in ordering. "Ask them to grill your meat without oil or grease. Ask for steamed vegetables with no butter. Get a salad (no cheese) with either fat-free dressing or a vinaigrette." After his 14 years in bodybuilding, Juge testifies that he's found many restaurants are accommodating, so there's no reason to avoid them as long as they'll cook to your preferences.


a. Count your calories: You could use a calorie counting app to know exactly what is in the food you're eating while you're trying to plan how to lose weight. This way, you can keep an exact track of the calories and nutrients you're consuming. b. Reduce the number of your meals: Make it a habit to eat dinner early and avoid eating anything post dinner to help in digestion of your food. c. Cut down on condiments: Certain sauces and condiments are dense in calories. Avoid including those in your routine diet. d. Load up on veggies: Limit starchy carbs and added fats in your plate but load up on fresh and healthy veggies instead. e. Opt for lean proteins: Even while consuming protein dense foods, choose proteins that are lower in fat such as chicken and fish. f. Don't drink calories: Avoid sugary drinks, aerated drinks and sodas during the diet. Instead opt for water and zero-calorie drinks. Protein shakes are good too, but count them as a meal since they are quite filling.
Don't get me wrong — exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. Plus, it'll help you relax post-meal so you won't be tempted by stress-induced grazing that can rack up calories.

Wash the chicken toughly with water and place it in a large pot with lid. Add enough water so that it completely covers the chicken; add all the other ingredients into the water, put on the lead and start boiling. Set the lid at an angle so that the steam can escape from the pot. Reduce the heat and continue to boil for 1 to 1 hour 30 minutes. Add more water if needed. Remove the chicken form the pot once the meat starts coming apart from the bones. Enjoy the boiled chicken on days 5, 6 and 7 of the diet, strain and stock the broth in the fridge which can be used to prepare the mixed vegetable soup.
Keep stocked in your refrigerator or freezer a box of veggie burgers (look for low-sodium varieties). Veggie burgers are a much better choice for your waistline and heart than ground meat. Veggie patties have only about half the calories of regular red meat patties, and zero heart-hurting saturated fat. Plus, they’re so easy to cook – just one or two minutes in the microwave. While toasting your whole-wheat bun, take from your pantry a jar of roasted red bell peppers and top your veggie patty with a couple of luscious slices. Smear your bun with a little low-sodium Dijon mustard.
